You can delete your Jyotish Vani account and associated data from inside the App. This page is the web request path for users who cannot access the App or who need help completing deletion.
How to request deletion
- Open Jyotish Vani and go to Settings.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion flow. You may be asked to reauthenticate before deletion can be completed.
If you cannot access the App or deletion does not complete, email support@gregforgelabs.com with the subject line Jyotish Vani Account Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your Jyotish Vani account. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership.
What is deleted
- Your authentication account record associated with Jyotish Vani.
- Server-side account data we control for support, entitlement, abuse prevention, or service operations, unless limited retention is reasonably required.
What is stored on your device
Your birth profiles, current location setting, and chat history are primarily stored locally on your device. You can remove local data by deleting the App, clearing app data, or using in-app clearing controls where available.
Timing
In-app deletion is designed to complete immediately when reauthentication succeeds. Email-assisted requests are reviewed and completed within 7 days after we can verify account ownership. Some records may be retained or de-identified if required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, app-store compliance, or legal obligations.
