The Jyotish Vani application (the "App") is provided by Gregforge Labs LLC for general entertainment, cultural, spiritual, and educational purposes only. Vedic astrology is a symbolic and traditional interpretive system; the App applies classical rules, software calculations, templates, and AI-assisted generation to produce interpretations based on the details you provide. Outputs are not factual predictions, scientifically validated analyses, objective assessments, professional opinions, or guarantees of any person, event, relationship, timing, remedy, outcome, or decision.
2. Not Medical or Mental-Health Advice
Content in the App, including any reference to health, energy, doshas, remedies, chanting, fasting, gemstones, mantras, herbs, lifestyle practices, emotional state, or mental well-being, is not medical or mental-health advice and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease, condition, crisis, or symptom. The App does not replace consultation with a licensed physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor, or other qualified healthcare professional. Never delay seeking professional help or disregard professional advice because of something you read in the App.
3. Not Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice
Nothing in the App constitutes legal counsel, financial or investment advice, tax advice, career counseling, relationship therapy, safety advice, emergency guidance, or any other regulated professional service. Do not use the App to decide whether to marry, divorce, separate, quit your job, buy or sell assets, invest money, sign contracts, move, conceive a child, undergo a medical procedure, delay treatment, begin or end a business, or make any similarly consequential decision. Consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.
4. Automated Generation; No Guarantee of Accuracy
Responses in the App's chat feature ("Vani") may be generated by one or more third-party large language model providers, informed by astrological data computed by the Swiss Ephemeris library for your chart and by classical interpretive rules implemented in the App. AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent, outdated, incomplete, biased, hallucinated, or fabricated. The App does not verify factual claims that the assistant may make about persons, places, dates, scriptures, dosage of any substance, legal regulations, medical conditions, treatment, or any other matter. Providers, models, prompts, rules, and capabilities may change over time without notice. Calculations depend on the accuracy of the birth data you provide; even small errors in birth time or place can materially change the chart, the daśā, the ascendant, the nakṣatra, and downstream interpretations. We make no representation or warranty of any kind regarding the accuracy, correctness, completeness, suitability, timing, or usefulness of any interpretation, prediction, muhūrta timing, compatibility (Ashtakoota) score, daśā forecast, transit (gochara) reading, dosha analysis, remedy, vāstu suggestion, or other output.
4.1 Astrological method disclosure
The App implements specific choices among the many disagreeing traditions of Jyotish: a particular ayanāṁśa (sidereal correction), a particular set of house systems, particular daśā schemes (Vimśottarī, Aṣṭottarī, Yoginī, Kālacakra), and particular Jaimini conventions. These choices are made by us for consistency within the App and do not represent a finding that one tradition is correct and others are not. If your family astrologer, lineage, or text uses a different convention, expect different results.
4.2 Remedies, mantras, gemstones, rituals
Any remedy, mantra, donation suggestion, fast, gemstone, yantra, color, or ritual mentioned in the App is provided for cultural and educational reference. The App does not verify the safety, suitability, dosage, sourcing, or efficacy of any physical remedy. Consult a qualified physician before fasting, restricting diet, ingesting any herb or supplement, or wearing any gemstone if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are breastfeeding, are a minor, or are taking medication.
5. Individual Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any action you take, any decision you make, and any consequence that follows from your use of the App. By using the App you acknowledge and agree that Gregforge Labs LLC is not liable for any outcome arising from reliance on App content, including but not limited to financial loss, emotional distress, relationship changes, career outcomes, health outcomes, missed opportunities, or any other loss. 6. No Replacement for Human Judgement
Astrology of any tradition is not a validated science. Historical texts, teacher lineages, and software implementations disagree on many points. Where the App offers guidance that conflicts with your own judgment, the advice of trusted people in your life, or the advice of a qualified professional, defer to the latter.
7. Age
The App is intended for users 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, please do not use the App without involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
8. Cultural and Religious Content
Vedic astrology (Jyotish) is rooted in Indian cultural and religious traditions. References in the App to deities, mantras, donations, fasting, gemstones, rituals, or remedies are provided for educational and cultural context. They are not a requirement, medical treatment, guarantee, or recommendation to adopt any religious practice. Follow your own conscience and consult a qualified spiritual or religious guide for matters of faith.

By continuing to use the App you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Disclaimer and agree to the allocation of risk it describes. This Disclaimer is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms of Service.
