The Jyotish Vani mobile application (the "App") is built on top of third-party software, data, and services. We are grateful to the maintainers of those projects. The notices below are provided to comply with the licenses under which those components are made available. Inclusion of a component in this list is not an endorsement by its authors of Jyotish Vani or of Gregforge Labs LLC, and inclusion of Jyotish Vani in any directory or registry of users of those components is not an endorsement by us of that directory.
1. Astronomical calculation engine
All astronomical positions used by Jyotish Vani are computed by the Swiss Ephemeris library. This includes planetary longitudes, ayanāṁśa values, ascendant and house cusps, eclipse data, nakṣatra and tithi boundaries, and other ephemeris-derived quantities. Jyotish Vani applies classical Vedic interpretive rules on top of those calculations; the calculations themselves are the work of the Swiss Ephemeris project.

3. Application framework and tooling
The App is built on a modern cross-platform mobile framework and incorporates a number of widely used open-source libraries, the majority of which are distributed under permissive licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD, or ISC). Categories include UI primitives, navigation, state management, data fetching, gesture handling, list rendering, encrypted on-device storage, vector graphics, crash diagnostics, and subscription management.
A complete machine-readable list of components and their licenses, generated from the App's installed dependency tree at any given release, is available on written request to support@gregforgelabs.com.
4. Cultural and textual sources
Interpretive content in Jyotish Vani is informed by the classical Indian Jyotish literature, including (without limitation) Bṛhat Parāśara Horā Śāstra, Phaladīpikā, Saravali, Jātaka Pārijāta, Bṛhat Jātaka, Jaimini Sūtras, Muhūrta Cintāmaṇi, Muhūrta Mārtāṇḍa, and Vāstu Śāstra works. These texts are in the public domain. English renderings and modern restatements within the App are original work of Gregforge Labs LLC and its contributors.
5. Geographic and timezone data
Place lookup and timezone resolution for birth and current locations are provided through commercial third-party APIs under the provider's developer terms. Offline city data used during onboarding is derived from open geographic datasets and is bundled inside the App.
6. Mobile platforms
Distribution of Jyotish Vani on iOS is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Distribution on Android is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. The platforms are not parties to the EULA between you and Gregforge Labs LLC.
7. Updates
The components listed above may change over time as the App evolves. The current snapshot can be requested from support at any time.
