What to include
- The phone number on your Jyotish Vani account, if you have one.
- Your device platform: iOS or Android.
- The feature involved, such as login, Vani chat, subscription, notifications, speech dictation, compatibility, Panchanga, or Kundli.
- A short description of what happened and any error message shown in the App.
Common support paths
- Questions about the app. Our FAQ covers Kundli, Panchang, Match compatibility, the Vani chat, subscriptions, privacy, and account deletion.
- Account and login. Contact us if phone sign-in does not work after you have checked your network connection and app version.
- Subscriptions. Purchases, cancellations, billing, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. See our Refund & Subscription Terms for details.
- Restore purchases. Use Restore purchases in the App. If your paid access still does not appear, send us the platform and the store account used for the purchase; do not send payment-card details.
- Account deletion. Use Delete Account in the App, or visit Account & Data Deletion if you cannot access the App.
- Privacy requests. See the Privacy Policy for access, correction, deletion, opt-out, and regional privacy rights.
